Congratulations to PHS junior Lucas Fritsche on being named the Youth Leadership honorable mention for the Missouri Governor’s Council on Disability’s (GCD) 33rd Annual Inclusion Award and 12th Annual Youth Leadership Award. He and the other award nominees and finalists will be honored at the Missouri Rehabilitation Association Conference on Thursday, May 29 in Lake Ozark.
