Our July #TeacherProudTuesday shout-out goes to Ms. Becky Kemp. Her nomination says, “ Ms. Kemp goes above and beyond to promote math in our building. She organizes our math question of the week, finds time to celebrate math with students, helps teachers find materials and activities to use in their classrooms, and shows patience with her math students. Ms. Kemp is making math a part of everyday conversations both at school and at home. She works hard to communicate with students, staff, and families, especially at the last PES Family Fun Night with Greg Tang. Ms. Kemp has also presented information about our math curriculum at recent PIE meetings and to our school board. Our district is fortunate to have Ms. Kemp as part of our staff.”
